... my 6dpo progesterone was 124. Wow! Even on PIO it didn't get up that high. Now I know there is no way to tell a pregnancy from a P4 test, however ... one can hope, right? It's really the 1st hope I've had for this cycle.
If nothing else, it tells me that the P4 regime we are doing this cycle is working. I am doing prometrium 200mg orally twice a day and vaginally once a day, for a grand total of 600mg. This is a lot, and I sleep really well at night! ;-) The cycle when I got pregnant, I was doing 600mg vaginally, then 400mg vaginally + 200mg orally, then in the final days 200mg vaginally + 400mg orally -- trying to get something to register in my blood to say it was working. The highest it got was 7.8.

Good to hear that the progesterone regimen is working. I take 100 mg endometrin vaginally thrice a day and it works for me. Also, wanted to than you for being so nice and supportive. It means a lot to me. Good luck!

are you an early tester? today is the 22nd, that's 10dpIUI for you right? My Dr. usually makes me wait 16 days, but I always end up testing at about 12 days... how about you? I'm still sending positive thoughts your way while you wait!!
Thanks for everyone's encouragement! Michelle, I am not an early tester - I hate to see a single line. If it weren't for the prometrium, I wouldn't test at all, but I have to know when to get off it - my period won't come on its own. I will do a hpt Sat or Sun. Ironically, my husband is pushing me to test early.
